All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we:

Automated order confirmations do not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.
For international orders:

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Payment must be authorised before dispatch.
5. Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If you:

Provide an incorrect address

Fail to collect the parcel

Request delivery without signature
-
Request delivery to a neighbour or safe place
You do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for loss or damage once goods have been successfully delivered according to tracking confirmation.
6. Live Plants & Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of live plants:

Variations in size, shape, and colour are natural and not defects.

Plants are living products and may change in appearance after delivery.

We are not responsible for plant health issues caused by:

Improper care

Environmental conditions
-
Repotting or replanting
-
Failure to follow care instructions

If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void eligibility for refund or replacement.
7. Cancellation & Returns (Consumers)
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
However, this right does not apply to:

Perishable goods (including live plants)

Customised or made-to-order items

Be securely packaged
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
