Damage Claims/returns
Due to the perishable nature of plants, refunds and exchanges only apply in the event of damages. You must make a report within 3 days of receipt to receive a replacement. To make a damage claim, email paul@sproutplants.co.uk and include a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and the delivery label visible. Without this, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement. Sprout Plants
