1. Delivery Promise
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the following Monday (subject to stock availability).

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with options.
2. Delivery Service & Tracking
All parcels are sent via DPD, providing:

Easy tracking

Proof of delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

4. Live Plants & Perishable Goods
Because we sell live plants:

Products are perishable and may vary slightly in size, shape, or appearance.

You are responsible for following care instructions upon delivery.

Delays caused by courier, weather, or customs may affect plant condition.

Any claims regarding plant condition must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.
5. Risk & Responsibility

Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you request delivery without a signature, to a neighbour, or in a “safe place,” this is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect, or refusal by the recipient.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For orders outside the UK:

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.

We recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.
7. Parcels Not Delivered
If a parcel cannot be delivered:

DPD will attempt delivery and notify you of collection options.

If unclaimed or returned, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if delivery fails.
