1. Delivery Promise

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the following Monday (subject to stock availability).

  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with options.

2. Delivery Service & Tracking

All parcels are sent via DPD, providing:

  • Easy tracking

  • Proof of delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

4. Live Plants & Perishable Goods

Because we sell live plants:

  • Products are perishable and may vary slightly in size, shape, or appearance.

  • You are responsible for following care instructions upon delivery.

  • Delays caused by courier, weather, or customs may affect plant condition.

  • Any claims regarding plant condition must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.

5. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • If you request delivery without a signature, to a neighbour, or in a “safe place,” this is at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect, or refusal by the recipient.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For orders outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.

  • We recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.

7. Parcels Not Delivered

If a parcel cannot be delivered:

  • DPD will attempt delivery and notify you of collection options.

  • If unclaimed or returned, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if delivery fails.
